OCYSO and Mozarteum Orchestra of Salzburg to perform US première

2OrchestraThe Orange County Youth Symphony Orchestra (OCYSO), celebrating its 40th Anniversary Season and in its second year under the leadership of Music Director & Conductor Daniel Alfred Wachs, will perform alongside the Mozarteum Orchestra of Salzburg on October 22 & 23, 2009. Presented by the Philharmonic Society of Orange County at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, the two orchestras will give the United States première of Kurt Schwertsik’s “Mr. K Discovers America”, under the auspices of the 2 Orchestras Project.
